Use Focus and Planning Intelligence

Open an active task and start Focus when you want one clear working interval. Free uses a task-linked 25-minute session. You can pause, resume, finish, or cancel it, and the elapsed time is restored after a reload or the app returning from the background.

Finishing Focus does not complete the task automatically. Focus time also earns no Momentum; it records attention without turning timer use into a points target.

Plus adds custom durations, saved presets, unlinked sessions, and richer Focus insights. Your owned session history remains available on every plan.

Plus Planning Intelligence appears when the current day may be overloaded, has open time worth protecting, or needs a recovery choice. Each suggestion names its reason and shows the proposed task change before anything is saved.

Planning Intelligence is deterministic, not generative AI. It works from your existing task details and never silently rearranges the plan. Scheduling and recovery proposals require confirmation, are rechecked against current data, and leave the normal Up next choice intact.

Use Focus to support the task in front of you. Use Planning Intelligence when you need a clearer trade-off, then accept only the change that still fits the day you intend to have.
