Privacy notice
Luminate Digital Group operates Daylume. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through the Daylume launch waitlist.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time you gave consent, and the page where you joined. We temporarily process basic request information, including your IP address, to protect the form from abuse, but we do not store your IP address with your waitlist record.
How we use it
We use your waitlist information only to send occasional Daylume launch updates and your invitation when Daylume opens. We do not sell waitlist details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Supabase stores waitlist records and Vercel operates the website. Information may be processed in countries where these providers operate, subject to their data-protection commitments. Public visitors can submit an email address but cannot read, change, or delete waitlist records. Access is limited to people who operate Daylume and the service providers needed to run it.
Retention
We keep a waitlist record only while it is needed for the Daylume launch, and no later than 12 months after the public launch unless a longer period is required for a legal purpose. We remove it earlier if you withdraw your consent.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe through any launch email we send. You may also ask to access, correct, or remove your waitlist record, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@daylume.app.
Changes
We may update this notice as Daylume develops. We will revise it before collecting additional categories of personal information or using waitlist information for a new purpose.
