Reset your password
If you cannot sign in, you do not need to contact anyone. Dayprints emails you a link that lets you set a new password yourself.
Ask for the link
On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password, enter the email address on your account, and submit. A message arrives from Dayprints. If it is not in your inbox within a minute or two, check your spam folder, then request it again.
You can only request one reset per minute for the same address. That limit exists so nobody else can flood your inbox by repeatedly asking to reset your account.
Choose the new password
Open the link and you land on a page with one New password field. Select Show to check the password before saving it. The password must be at least eight characters.
If your password manager offers to generate and store one, let it. The password field is marked so it can.
Enter a password of at least eight characters, check it with Show if needed, then select Update password. You are signed in immediately and taken to Settings.
When a link stops working
Reset links are single use and they expire. Opening one a second time — including on another device after you have already used it — will not work, and neither will an old link from an earlier email.
When that happens you are returned to the sign-in screen with an explanation at the top of the page, such as "That link has expired or was already used." That message is telling you exactly what to do: request a fresh link, and open that one.
Sometimes the message appears on the password page itself instead, under the heading That reset link has expired. It means the same thing, and it carries a Send a new link button that takes you straight back to the start. Either way you are never asked to type a password that cannot be saved.
If you requested several links, use the newest email and ignore the earlier ones.
Still stuck?
If you can sign in, open Settings → Send feedback; your report includes technical details automatically. If a fresh link still does not let you sign in, email support@dayprints.app. Include the email address on the account and what the screen says, but never send your password or reset link.
Changing your password when you are already signed in
While signed in, choose Settings → Reset password to send yourself a reset link, then open that link to reach the password page.
